Northern Ireland researchers secure €66.9 million through Horizon

The latest figures for Horizon 2020, covering the period up to 6^th June 2018, show that Northern Ireland applicants have successfully drawn down a total of €66.9 million since 2014, towards the Northern Ireland Executive target to secure at least €145 million from Horizon 2020.

The €66.9 million total comes from 212 successful Northern Ireland participations, with an average grant of €315,536 awarded to successful applicants. Northern Ireland participants have acted as project coordinator in 47 of the 212 projects.
